高阳酒徒厌拘束，洞箫清夜吹寒玉。
月影微生沧海波，秋声泻入南窗竹。
主人好怀为我开，前除扫叶剜苍苔。
移席传呼秉银烛，飞觞不惜空金罍。
百年交契亦无数，且得共君长夜语。
兰苕翡翠自春风，延平剑合蛟龙舞。
我家茆屋江之西，门闭不闻车马嘶。
携书树底骑牛读，得句樽前洗竹题。
酒酣拊缶山谷响，聊共渔歌答樵唱。
此时半面未逢君，何乃见之辄称赏。

The orchids and verdant plumes sway in spring breeze, And the sword of peace dances with the dragons in harmony. My home stands on the west side of the river, covered in reeds, Closed off from the noise of chariots and horses. Carrying books, I read while riding my cow under the trees, And wash my bamboo with verses as I drink. As we reach the climax of our wine, I play the bowl like a Chinese drum, Sharing my fishing songs with the woodsmen's chants. Although I had not met you for half my life, Why do you praise so readily? I care not for the shallow or deep of our bond, sir; A man's word is worth more than a thousand pieces of jade. Your spotless character is precious to all; And as for a cloudless sky of success, it is not my intention.
